  1. Mie kering yg sudah di air fryer tata di piring.
  2. Tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih, bawang merah, jahe hingga wangi.
  3. Tambahkan ayam, udang, jamur, baso. Tumis hingga matang. masukkan wortel, brokoli, sawi hijau.
  4. Tambahkan garam, gula, merica. aduk rata.
  5. Tambahkan air tunggu sampai mendidih.
  6. Masukkan saos tiram, kecap asin, dan kaldu jamur.
  7. Tambahkan telur sedikit demi sdikit sambil kuahnya diaduk.
  8. Kalau sudah mendidih, masukkan larutan maizena. sesuaikan dg kekentalan yg diinginkan. Tambahan minyak wijen..
  9. Siram di atas mie kering..
